What is your return policy?
All orders are final unless the distributor is at a fault. In this case, return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Please note, made to order items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned.
How do I return my order?
Return by Mail
1. Pack with your item(s) in a securely sealed package. Don’t forget to save a copy of your order number for your records.
2. Make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured. Address your package to: MoorGold.com Attn: FA Returns Department 50 Waverly Place

3. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label. We do not accept COD returns.
4. We will email you when your return is processed.
Please note: Moor Gold is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any
changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 100 countries!
Why is my item on backorder?
Here at MoorGold.com, we want everyone to be able to share the experience of wearing our garnets. Therefore on occasion, an item for sale may not have not yet been received at our distribution center or is so popular that it must be restocked. You may order a backordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be an additional 1 to 2 business days.
Please note: Backorder shipping dates are subject to change in rare instances. We will email you with any date changes.

These rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of the US. Please note: Some oversize items may require an additional shipping charge. Free Shipping applies only to merchandise. Taxes and Gift Cards do not count toward the Free Shipping total.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We package and ship your order as soon as possible, please allow 5-7 days for processing. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, MoorGold.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Can I make changes to my shipping address after I
place my order?
We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
